Assignment Details:

1. Design and build a product (given budget: $200,000). You are required to identify a product to design, development, production of prototype, and final products. You shall not look into the technical aspects of the products.

You may consider activities and tasks to be undertaken in the initiating, planning, and execution process group like product-market survey, customer requirements, design, prototype, testing, redesign and modification, mass production, etc…

2. Plan a month-long promotional event at Changi Airport Terminal 3 to promote the retail business at the departure hall and create a unique shopping experience for the passengers while waiting for departure (given budget: $100,000 for the event and $1 million for the grand price, plan all activities till the eve of the commencement of the promotion period).

You may consider activities and tasks undertaken in the initiating and planning process group till the eve of the lucky draw like market survey, tenants’ feedback, sponsorship, promotional marketing, awareness events, stage set up etc….

3. Renovate an office space of 500m2 (given budget: $500,000 and plan activities from initiation to closing of the project, i.e. completion of the renovation work).
