Your task is to compare Singapore and Australia in terms of Hofstede’s cultural dimensions, and then discuss how national culture influences French & Raven’s ‘Five Bases of Power’.
From there, argue a case that the use of power in change programs may more

(c) Applying the Hofstede model to change management (800 words)
- Explain how each component will affect the way change and resistance
can be managed - You will need to explain more about how each element will affect the sources
of power users that can lead to effective implementation of change. Give
examples.
