In the initial phase, the company will be deploying you, a Singaporean, to China to manage the operations for 3 years with a monthly salary of SGD10,000, SGD5,000 payable in Singapore and SGD5,000 payable in China. It is very likely you will be spending most of your time in China, although you will be required to return to Singapore for meetings and reporting to the board of directors regularly.
