Assume there is a pandemic now due to a new virus. You are the R&D Director heading a team of researchers in a pharmaceutical company. Your team is working hard to race time in developing a new vaccine to tackle the virus. Apply Garvin’s framework of Product Quality Dimensions to identify as many quality dimensions as possible that your effort shall focus on.
