Set performance targets for the strategic initiative using a Balanced Scorecard Framework (BSF)  to guide your analysis about what key factors in each of the four perspectives to measure. Depict the linking and order of key factors from the BSF in a high-level  Strategy Map  showing the causal chain and links between each perspective and supporting the strategic objective. Explain and justify why the measures identified in the Strategy Map are critical elements of achieving the strategic objectives.

• Discuss the key relationships in the strategy map and justify their logical links (reasons for linking them)
