Scenario 1
Billy and John are managers in the same company. Before starting a project, Billy said “Let’s start planning” but John said “No” to planning because he thinks that the organization has to constantly adapt itself to changes. It becomes difficult to accurately assess future trends in the environment. Once the plan is in the process of implementation managers are not allowed to deviate from plans nor they are allowed to act on their own. Furthermore, he says planning takes so much time that no time is left for their implementation.
On the other hand, Billy says planning helps by stating in advance what is to be done and how it is to be done. It shows the way to deal with changes and certain events.

She is known as a problem solver and is extremely supportive of her staff. She is very organized and has a wealth of experience in the evaluation of family services. Linda is very capable and can sometimes take on too much.
