Based on the Client’s Requirement Students are to Develop a Programming and Planning and Concept Proposal Report: Programming & Planning and Concept Assignment, RCHE, Singapore

OBJECTIVES:

Develop a clear program by carefully identifying and analyzing the needs and goals of the client and/or occupant(s) of the space and by setting preliminary goals related to functional requirements and aesthetics.

EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOME:

1. Organize data gathering in order to filter and analyze the information to develop a design brief
2. Develop critical thinking and creative solutions to actual planning and solve design problems
3. Acquire the skill of professional graphic presentation as a method of communication and presentation skills

TASKS:

Based on the client’s requirement students are to develop a Programming and Planning and Concept proposal report that translates the client’s needs into form and patterns, and integrates them into the spatial context. Writing analysis, images, and diagrams are to be compiled into an A4 size portrait book.
