The Sea Group is a corporation that has 3 main domains of activity: Digital entertainment (Garena), e-commerce (Shopee) and Digital financial services (SeaMonkey).
For the GBA, we ask you to do corporate-level strategy analysis meaning that you need to focus on the corporation itself and not just one business (like Shopee for instance).
