A community clinic wants to design a programme involving a complementary and alternative therapy for adults aged 30 to 50 who require help with persistent fatigue, poor sleep quality and work-related stress.

As a Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) practitioner, choose ONE CAM modality that would benefit this group of patients. Your programme should include:

• one specific intervention, how it works and why this intervention is selected
• programme outline which includes the duration, frequency, structure and progression of the intervention
• two benefits of the chosen modality relevant to the symptoms above
• two risks associated with the modality
• two safety measures, precautions or local guideline practice
