(b) Examine the process a Structural Engineer will need to follow through with the periodic structural inspection of a building.

(c) Demonstrate the methods owners of existing buildings must implement to ensure the premises will operate efficiently in accordance with the Code on Environmental Sustainability Measures for Existing Buildings.

(d) Evaluate the sustainable features which can be incorporated in buildings to minimise the overall building energy consumption and to improve thermal comfort.

(e) Explain THREE (3) sustainable technology which can be adopted to lower energy consumption and facilitate better building performance management.
