Isaksen’s version of the CPS includes the four components of Planning Your Approach, Understanding the Challenge, Generating Ideas, and Preparing for Action.

Apply Understanding the Challenge to examine and analyze the university OR work context/environment. Next, apply Generating Ideas, and Preparing for Action to propose, compare, and recommend solutions to foster creativity in the university OR work context.

Recruit ONE fellow SUSS student  OR ONE workplace colleague as a resource-group member. This person cannot be a current PSY355v student. Work through the SIX CPS stages below.
