The abstract should clearly and concisely describe the aim, methodology, key expected findings of the proposed study.  No citations should appear in the abstract. Sentences in quotes in the following text are adapted from the guidelines from The Journal of Neuroscience

The main text should be in Times New Roman 11 point font and with 1.5 line spacing, just like this paragraph. The proposal should be divided into headings, starting from the Introduction.
