(a) Describe any THREE (3) social-emotional competencies. For each of the competencies, give a personal example to illustrate how that competency has affected you positively.
b) Complete the attached SEL Questionnaire and refer to the scoring key to record one strength and one weakness in the table provided.
c) From the completed questionnaire, illustrate with a personal example how that weakness has affected you. Elaborate on one method to improve on this weakness.

c) In dealing with family violence, is accommodating a useful skill to have? Why or why not, making reference to this video
