How might autonomous vehicles and the VUCA environment impact the manpower needs of Comfort Delgro?

In order to advise Comfort Delgro, you need to do the following:

• Propose changes to Comfort Delgro’s business goals that are required to address the challenges of the disruptive technology of autonomous vehicles. Information and data about Comfort Delgro and its industry in conjunction with the VUCA environment.
• Conduct a training needs analysis to determine the knowledge, skills, and attitudes (KSA) necessary for realizing the business goals proposed in Part (1). Appropriate analysis methods related to task analysis to be considered.
• Conduct a task (functional) analysis to determine the observable actions and tacit cognitive functions needed for proficiency in the identified job tasks. Use appropriate analysis methods related to Comfort Delgro training to be taken into consideration.
• Conduct individual learning needs analysis to determine the employee’s performance gaps as compared against the findings of the task analysis. Use an appropriate analysis method related to task analysis to be taken into consideration.

• Based on the findings of the three levels of training needs analysis (in Parts 2,3,4 above) conducted, craft the learning outcomes for the training program of the disruptive business model of autonomous vehicles. Learning outcomes to be drawn from training needs analysis conducted.
• Propose suitable WSQ and non-WSQ training for Comfortdelgro. Provide a rationale and purpose for the training based on a survey of the business environment and industry needs. Purpose of training to be derived from challenges arising from the business environment.
• Review the training needs analysis conducted and state the learning outcomes proposed for the training program for Comfort Delgro. Explain how the training is aligned to the achievement of business goals. The learning outcome for proposed training is to be alighted with the business goals and clearly state the actions that need to be taken.
• Propose appropriate training and assessment methods for Comfort Delgro. Explain how the training methods are aligned to the intended learning outcomes and how the measurement of learning is valid and reliable. The choice of training methods needs to be aligned to the level of performance stipulated in the learning outcomes. The assessment methods are to be valid, reliable, and authentic.
• Delineate the resources required to implement the training program, include any other investments that may be necessary. A complete resource list to be provided, including a training budget and action plan. How training needs to be evaluated should also be incorporated.
