Assignment Question

You are the appointed Facility Manager for a small private hospital in the west of Singapore. The main hospital building was built 20 years ago and the facilities are getting old. A proper review of the maintenance policy is needed and this includes reviewing the maintenance budget, equipment replacement, review of the rental and existing lease and upgrading. You are tasked by the senior management of the hospital to put up the maintenance plan for the hospital.

In your report, you are expected to review the maintenance policy, budget plan in accordance to the projected maintenance work, project schedule for the equipment replacement and upgrading work, resources needed, evaluate the rental and assess any irregularity in regard to the building regulation.
