You are required to analyze ANYONE organization that you are familiar with from a Leadership perspective.

Focus your analysis on an ideal organization where it should have workers at every level reporting to someone whose dominion is small enough to enable him to know as human beings those who report to him.

You are to use a variety of Leadership concepts, models, or theories relevant to the analysis you are focusing on. Ideas, arguments, and discussion must be supported with material (references) from the academic literature and resources. Use a report format with a clearly articulated introduction, body, and conclusion with recommendations.
