To what extent do workplace interactions orientate more towards stances that are typically associated with women? Through your analysis, you will deconstruct the issues relating to gender, culture, and language in the workplace. You will also appraise how the construction of identities in workplace interactions is achieved by examining the various concepts related to the construction of texts in the workplace and discussing the multiple functions of language in the workplace.
