Web Analysis Report

You are required to undertake a critical analysis of a current and live website and present it in the form of a formal report that could be presented to the organisation as if they were your real-life ‘client’. Based on this analysis, you are required to provide strategic recommendations to your ‘client’, pertaining to how they could improve upon and/or change their approach to their web strategy

Report Brief:

Who do you believe are intended audiences of the website?
What do you believe is the underlying aim of this website?
What do you believe is the main message/call to action?
What do you believe is the main strategy underpinning the website?
What other online tactics are currently in use to support the website and how
successful are they in achieving the aim and conveying the message as described above?
Are there any tactics not is use that could enhance the delivery of the message to the intended audience/s and traffic to the website?
