4. Calculate the value of the company’s share-based on the Gordon Growth Dividend Model. Explain how you deduce the value of the variables used in the equation.

5. Provide two (2) possible explanations for the difference between your answer in question 4 as compared to the actual price on 2^nd December 2019.

6. Describe and calculate one (1) another possible way to value the share price of the company.
