Any Limitations encountered in the production of the report that affected the results or the ability of the writer to complete the report; and

The scope of the report –summarize what the report covers, how information is presented in the report, where the information for the report came from, and how it was gathered.

Be careful here not to simply reproduce the table of contents – this should be an overview or summary of what was done, not a bit-by-bit reproduction.
