B. Objective

This CA allows students to practice their learning of knowledge, concepts, and skills acquired in Digital Content Development. Students will be assessed on their ability to develop relevant and necessary content for both career and personal use.

C. Instructions

You are to put together a portfolio of six social media posts for FairPrice Singapore to promote its house brands. You can choose up to 3 house brands to conceptualize these six social media posts.
In this portfolio, each social media posts must:

• • Clearly state the stage in the consumer decision journey it is trying to promote e.g. awareness of Home Proud
  • Clearly, a state which social media platform it will be on (Facebook OR Instagram only)
  • be static picture only

•  come with a caption
  You can use any pictures downloaded from the FairPrice website or social media platforms OR create your visual from scratch e.g. taking your own photographs etc

Assessment criteria:  Artefacts work samples –
– Visual effectively creates interest and is appropriate for the chosen purpose.
– Excellent use of caption to promote the identified stage in the consumer decision journey and engage the audience effectively.
– Visual is well complemented by the caption.

Selection of artifacts
– The six pieces of social media content work well together and answer the brief effectively (UNIQLO Christmas shopping). They are also aligned with the brand’s persona.
