It appears that public awareness among Singaporeans about some aspects of pharmaceutical legislation in Singapore may be lacking. Most Singaporeans may be aware of the existence of pharmaceutical legislation in Singapore but may not understand the intricate details. Their awareness of pharmaceutical legislation in Singapore may be largely influenced by public health campaigns, media coverage of healthcare issues or personal experiences with the healthcare systems, which may not be the most accurate portrayal of how the pharmaceutical legislation works in Singapore. This general lack of understanding may lead to frustrations with the healthcare system in Singapore.

Your task for this assignment is to come up with educational materials to increase public awareness of ONE topic that has been covered in this module.

(a) The criteria for the educational materials are as follows:
• Must come in the form of EITHER a pamphlet / brochure OR a video.

• The pamphlet / brochure should not be larger than A4 size. Both sides of the A4 paper can be used (i.e. total of 2 pages). Electronic copies should be submitted, physical copies will not be accepted. Your submission should indicate, clearly, how the whole pamphlet / brochure should look like.
• The video should not be anything longer than 3 minutes. The format should be in MP4 format. If this is not possible, you should discuss with the Programme Coordinator what other formats are possible for submission.

(b) Additionally, write a report of no more than 500 words to explain:

• Why you decided to work on the topic that you have chosen (4 marks).
• How your educational materials will meet the objective of increasing public 
awareness of the topic that you have chosen (4 marks).
Note: Include your reference list in the report if you have not included it in
