Task Preparation

Each group is given one case study:
Group 1: One-stop public service shop – ASAN Centers.
Group 2: Creating the Patrol Police (Directorate of Police)
Group 3: Digital India
Group 4: e-Estonia: e-Services for Citizens

The case study presents several solutions and key benefits and impacts of the solutions.

Having analyzed the case study, you need to:
1. Identify how creative thinking was applied in solving the problems.
2. Identify each step of design thinking which was applied in problem-solving
3. Explain in detail which tools of design thinking were used in each phase of the design thinking process
