Task
- Identify an appropriate problem or issue relevant to the student’s
chosen field of study. - Select, justify and use appropriate research methods for investigating this
problem or issue. - Discuss an outline of this research in an interim proposal and critical
review. - Present the research and evaluation of the problem or issue under
investigation in a well-argued proposal which will show evidence of
analysis and critical reflection. - Demonstrate an informed understanding of some of the main theoretical
and intellectual paradigms central to media and communication studies. - Plan an original and appropriate piece of cultural and media research
project.
