Question 1

Use Team Effectiveness Scale (as shown in the Appendix) to rate your team effectiveness when doing the GBA project on each dimension quantitatively. Then discuss your rating for each dimension by linking your rating and dimension’s definition with relevant and specific examples.

Question 2

Based on concepts or theories in team dynamics, explain the reasons that cause TWO (2) leastscored dimensions to be less effective.

Question 3

Based on the evaluation and reflection of team dynamics from the group project, identify TWO (2) practical solutions to enhance the dimensions that scored the lowest in Question 2. Develop these solutions using relevant theories or concepts from this course. Explain how these theories or concepts directly support your solutions, demonstrating a clear connection between the course material and your proposed actions.

Question 4

Building upon the solutions you developed in Question 3, outline a detailed plan for:

a) Implementation Forecast: Describe how you will implement these solutions in a future hypothetical project. Detail the steps involved, assign roles and responsibilities, and discuss potential challenges and how they might be mitigated.

b) Impact Assessment: Develop a concise strategy for evaluating the effectiveness of these solutions. Specify the key performance indicators (KPIs) you will use to measure success and explain how continuous monitoring will be integrated into the project.
