1. Description of the devices
In your own words, summarize the purpose and use of the devices. Include
pictures and diagrams where necessary to aid your description. Focus for this
part should be on the following:

· Function
· Application

2. Safety issue associated with the devices.
Focus for this part should be on the following:
· Problem statement (i.e. damage to patients or devices, poor data
accuracy, wrong diagnosis, etc.)
· Discussion related to the problem
· Possible solution and recommendations

3. Good practices on device design, maintenance and create a check list for the good practices.
Focus for this part should be on the following:
· Discuss the good practices in the design, maintenance or manufacture whichever is applicable.
· Possible solution and recommendations
· Create a check list of good maintenance practices
