Competency Human Resource Consultancy is an employment agency located at 21 Bukit Batok Crescent that is owned by Lucas Ng. Our firm offers staffing services to our clients to ensure that they will receive quality freelancers who can be considered pseudo-full-time staff.
We recognize that many new temporary staff is required to improvise and learn on the spot at work sites as to the client’s standard operating procedure during daily operations. To better enhance the work staff quality provided by us, we personally train our freelancers to be self-aware and deliver reliable service to our clients. By doing so, we enable our clients to save time on training new staff from the get-go which allows them to focus on prioritizing tasks ahead.
Our services are currently targeted at clients in the hotel, restaurant, and driving service lines as a niche specialization we offer. Currently, we are in the process of expanding our operations to provide a larger variety of services to our clients in order to provide better quality freelancers.
We firmly believe that all temporary staff are not incompetent and just lack the proper guidance in new job sites which in turn leads to client dissatisfaction with the quality of staff received for their daily operations.
