a. Fundamentals of an exhibition and its importance of staying relevant in the long run

b. Apply the before, during, and after a journey of an exhibitor and a visitor at an exhibition during the endemic Covid-19 period.

Requirements

a. Assume you are the event organizer, Experia Events, for the next edition of Singapore Airshow 2024 from 20 to 25 February 2024.

b. With the recent resumption of in-person large scale MICE events in Singapore and its transition from pandemic to endemic Covid-19, recommend and explain how Experia Events can ensure the content and programs for the next edition of Singapore Airshow 2024 can stay relevant to entice more trade exhibitors, sustain keen interests among the visitors with the ultimate objective to compete with other similar MICE events from all over the world.

c. Apply the theories and concepts you have learned to map out the before, during, and after a journey of a trade exhibitor and a B2B and B2C visitor at the Singapore Airshow 2024, with the adoption of technology. You may use relevant diagrams, references, and any online research to illustrate.

d. Prepare an individual typewritten report based on the submission requirements.
