Learning Outcomes
After the completion of the project, students will be able to:
1. Identify and evaluate the capabilities of different recruitment platforms
(software and tools).
2. Describe the process of talent acquisition using staffing models and techniques on screening, assessing and interviewing candidates.
3. Recommend ways to improve the quality of hire using job analysis, hiring analytics, HR planning, employer branding as well as leveraging on social media.
3. Requirements
You are required to prepare a report containing the following:-
(a) Identify and explain any FOUR (4) recruitment platforms (includes software and tools) available in the market for companies.
(b) Compare, evaluate, and assess the features of the selected platforms you have identified in (a). Highlight the features offered in terms of user-friendliness, accessibility, price, and effectiveness.
(c) Propose with justification which recruitment platform you would recommend to your current company. Describe the potential impact that this platform can have on your current company.
(d) Recommend TWO (2) other ways to improve the Talent Acquisition process in your current company.
