As a person who advocates volunteer work and helping the less privileged, you volunteered to be the operations manager for the initiative. Your role is to plan and ensure that the entire eye check-up process will run smoothly.

The flow of the process is:

• Provide a problem statement based on the above process. Develop your scenario by creating your own data, information, and assumptions required for the simulation study.
• Build a suitable model in FlexSim to simulate the eye check-up process. The model should display the results of the simulation clearly.

2. Suitable 3D layout and representation

4. Dashboard to display key performance measures
