With reference to an event that you recently attended (or helped organising), provide an analysis of the operational tools that the organisers could have used during its planning process (e.g. Gantt charts, checklists, budgets, contracts etc.). Using relevant literature explain how these tools contributed to the delivery of a successful event. If you identified any operational problems during the event, you can also discuss how employing some of these tools might have prevented them from happening.
