The founder, Asher Chung, is the sole decision-maker for business and HR decisions. The company does not offer a performance bonus program.
Although the company’s compensation philosophy is to reward for performance and pay employees at market rate, it has experienced significant attrition for the past years, in particular around the following group of employees:
