This project is designed to assess your resourcefulness, analytical skills, and
your ability to apply the concepts and knowledge you were exposed to from the lessons learned to meet the requirements of this written report.

The ability to work as a team will be important, thus brainstorming and group meetings are essential. Individual efforts will be recognized through peer evaluation and submission of individual roles at the end of the project.

As a team, you are required to conduct thorough research on the company,
the industry it is operating in, past performance of the company, and valuation
of its shares and bonds.

Each team member should lead the research and discussion in one of these four key components – Company Overview & Industry Analysis, Financial Analysis, Share Valuation, and Bond Issue & Valuation.

Outcomes:

• Apply the share valuation tools learned to a Singapore Exchange
  listed company.
• Analyze the financial position and performance of the given listed
  company on SGX and compare against the industry/sector trends.
• Apply the bond valuation tools and consider key factors affecting bond
  issuance to analyze a bond issue by the assigned company.
