This essay should identify what you consider to be your most important personal quality and your reflection should be focused on this. The essay should identify the key quality that emerges from the various workshop exercises and examine how this personal quality is demonstrated across a range of personal and professional activities and experiences. This
means that you should choose one quality that you consider to be your key strength and explore this in-depth.

Things to consider:

• Define and describe this quality–use theory, please provide a referenced definition from the literature, either taken from the academic theory covered in the workshops or from a reputable academic textbook or relevant journal article.
• Explain, evaluate this quality–use theory. In what ways is this quality a strength? Provide specific examples where this quality has been displayed.
