In this paper, you will discuss the assessment and management of a client with a psychological disorder. Please present an essay of a client (actual or hypothetical) who is experiencing anxiety, depression, or other common mental disorders.
Describe 1) the client’s background, presenting problems and counseling issues, 2) counseling goals and 3) your case management, including therapeutic interventions and, where appropriate, referral.
