For this Individual Assignment (CW1), assume that you are a process engineer working in a company and is currently part of a Lean Six Sigma project team. Your management requested the team to identify three potential projects. Based on the Six Sigma tools such as Voice of Customers, Critical to Quality as well as Quality Function Deployment, the team has to select and work on the most critical project as there is an insufficient budget at this moment due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Besides you will need to construct the process maps and apply the Value Stream Mapping, Process Capability Analysis, and/or Measurement System Analysis to elaborate on the processes of the selected project. While you are working on data, you could also explain and identify the source of variation.

You are required to prepare a Lean Six Sigma Project Report based on the above information provided on the various tools and techniques that you have used and applied. The project that you have undertaken can be a project in the company which you are working for or have worked for. Most essentially, you must be able to gather relevant information, analyse and then report in your own capacity.

Your Lean Six Sigma Project Report should cover, but not limited to, topics from LU01 to LU07 described above with the following aspect.
