SCENARIO

You have been hired as a business consultant to a small business organization in Singapore of your choice. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of that organization has directed you to conduct a training workshop for the staff to provide them with the knowledge and skills relating to the key concepts and functions of small business management. Prior to the training workshop, your task is to prepare and submit a report to your CEO that covers the following areas.

2. Discuss the mission and vision of your organization and propose changes to it to reflect the current environmental situation.
